摘要
目的探究眩晕病症采用加味苓桂术甘汤治疗对中医证候疗效及生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年6月至2021年5月在兴宁市中医医院进行诊疗的60例眩晕患者进行对比研究,随机分成对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组采用传统西医治疗方案,观察组采用加味苓桂术甘汤治疗,均用药2个疗程(14d),比较两组中医证候疗效及生活质量。结果观察组中医证候疗效93.33%,显著高于对照组中医证候疗效73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组患者生活质量SF-36评分得分均有明显提高,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用加味苓桂术甘汤治疗眩晕可以获得比较高的中医证候疗效,同时可显著提高患者生活质量,治疗效果确切,可进行临床应用与推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Jiawei Linggui Shugan decoction on the curative effect and quality of life of TCM syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with vertigo who received diagnosis and treatment in Xingning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected for comparative study,and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was treated with traditional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jiawei Linggui Zhugan decoction for 2 courses(14 days).The curative effect and quality of life of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared.Results The curative effect of TCM syndromes in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 73.33%(P<0.05).Compared with the treatment before,the quality of life SF-36 scores of the two groups were significantly improved.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Jiawei Linggui Shugan decoction in the treatment of vertigo can obtain a relatively high curative effect of TCM syndromes,at the same time,it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,the therapeutic effect is accurate,and it can be used and popularized in clinical practice.
