火箭蒙皮上梁结构的损伤识别方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对火箭蒙皮上梁结构损伤识别问题,首先利用基于模态应变能的损伤识别指标,对火箭蒙皮上梁结构进行损伤位置识别,再利用基于广义柔度矩阵的损伤敏感函数并结合遗传算法,对火箭蒙皮上梁结构进行损伤程度大小的计算。该损伤识别方法以结构损伤导致模态参数变化为依据,通过对比损伤前后模态应变能变化构建损伤识别指标。在数值仿真中,对T型梁进行方法验证,发现该方法能够准确识别损伤位置和大小。最后根据火箭蒙皮上T型梁结构特点,设计试验并研究方法的可行性,发现在T型梁结构上,该方法能够有效地识别损伤位置和大小,误差均在5%以下。 The problem of damage identification of the beam structure on the rocket skin is studied.Firstly,the damage identification index based on the modal strain energy is used to identify the damage location of the upper beam structure of the rocket skin.Then,the damage sensitivity function based on the generalized flexibility matrix is combined with the genetic algorithm,and the damage degree of the upper beam structure of the rocket skin is calculated.The damage identification method is based on the change of modal parameters caused by structural damage,and the damage identification index is constructed by comparing the change of modal strain energy before and after the damage.In the numerical simulation,the method is validated by a T-shaped beam.It is found that the method can accurately identify the damage location and size.Finally,according to the structural characteristics of the T-beam on the rocket skin,the design is tested and the feasibility of the method is studied.It is found that this method can effectively identify the damage location and size for the T-beam structure,and the error is below 5 %.
