摘要
依托云南省昆明市昆纺原址改造项目钢管桩高频振动沉桩工程实例,通过勘察、室内土工试验,基于Midas GTS NX的三维动力有限元数值模拟,从振动频率、桩径、激振力和土层情况4个方面入手,对高频振动沉桩对周边环境的影响进行参数分析。研究结果表明:振动锤振动频率越低,沉桩对周围环境影响越大;在距离钢管桩一定范围内,钢管桩桩径越小,沉桩对周围环境影响越大;振动锤激振力及土体动弹性模量越大,沉桩对周围环境影响越大。最后,基于分析结果,提出降低振动沉桩环境影响的工程措施。
Relying on the engineering case of high-frequency hydraulic vibration pile-sinking in the reconstruction project of Kunming Textile Factory in Yunnan province,through on-site investigations,indoor geotechnical tests and threedimensional dynamic finite element numerical simulation based on Midas GTS NX,the influence of high-frequency vibrating pile-sinking on surrounding environment of the steel tubular pile is analyzed.The analysis is performed in the aspects of excitation frequency,pile diameter,excitation force and soil conditions.The results show that the lower excitation frequency of pile sinking has the greater influence on the surrounding environment.Within a certain area around the steel tubular pile,the smaller pile diameter,the larger vibration force and dynamic elastic modulus of soil can lead to greater influence on the surrounding environment.Finally,according to the research results,the engineering measures to reduce the environmental impact of vibrating pile sinking are proposed.
