黏性土场地振动锤沉桩可沉性方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,随着海洋工程的发展,振动锤以其区别于传统打桩锤的优势被越来越多的应用于海上施工。然而由于其振沉机理复杂,桩的可沉性分析一直是研究的重点。利用荷兰以及我国规范方法,对某海上平台直径508 mm的管桩在振动锤的安装可沉性进行了判别,同时利用波动方程对沉桩过程进行了预测,并将预测结果与现场实测数据进行了比较。结果表明:荷兰以及我国的规范方法采用激振力判别的结果均与现场相符;关于振幅判别,我国规范与现场相符而荷兰规范偏于保守。利用基于Hypervib模型无土塞条件下得到的土阻力进行波动方程分析,可以对沉桩过程进行较准确的预测。上述分析结果对合理进行振动锤的沉桩判别以及可沉性分析具有实际的指导意义。 In recent years, with the development of offshore engineering, vibratory hammer is more and more used in offshore engineering because of its advantages different from traditional pile hammer. However, due to the complex mechanism of vibro-driving, the analysis of pile driving has always been concerned. The Dutch and Chinese code methods are used to judge the installation driving ability of 508 mm diameter pipe pile of an offshore platform with vibrating hammer. Meanwhile, the wave equation is used to predict the pile drivability, and the predicted results are compared with the driving records in situ. The calculation results show that the centrifugal force of the vibrator determined with the methods of the Dutch and Chinese codes are consistent with the field results;However, the amplitude criterion in China code is consistent with that in the field, while that in Holland code is conservative. Using the wave equation of soil resistance based on Hypervib model in coring condition, the pile drivability can be predicted more accurately. The above analysis results could be useful for reasonable pile driving identification and drivability analysis of vibratory hammer.
