摘要
港珠澳大桥东西人工岛岛壁结构采用直径22 m的钢圆筒围堰构成,通过APE600组成的振动锤组振动下沉至设计标高。前期通过日本经验公式、法国PTC经验公式、美国ICE经验公式、波动方程等多种计算方法对钢圆筒振动下沉可行性进行分析,最终确定8台APE600振动锤可满足工程需要,并在工程应用中得到验证。
The east and west artificial islands of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project are formed by 22 m diameter steel caissons which are sunk to the designed elevation by vibratory system consist of APE600 largest vibratory pile driver. Before this project, a series of analyzing methods were applied to demonstrate the feasibility of the vibratory system, such as empirical equation in Japan, empirical equation of PTC Company in France, empirical equation of ICE Company in USA, and wave equation method. Finally, the results show that eight APE600 vibratory pile drivers can meet the engineering requirements, which has been proved in the engineering application.
