摘要
目的探讨中药灌肠联合血液灌流治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法将70例急性重度有机磷农药中毒随机分为治疗组35例、对照组35例。两组均予常规治疗联合血液灌流治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药灌肠治疗,比较两组治愈率、阿托品总量、胆碱酯酶活性及住院时间。结果两组均能有效治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒,但治疗组的阿托品总量、氯解磷定总量及住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的胆碱酯酶活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药灌肠联合血液灌流治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 70 cases of hospitalized patients patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).Both groups were treated with routine therapy combined with hemoperfusion.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema on the basis of the control group.The cure rate,total atropine,cholinesterase activity and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results Both groups were effective in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,but the total atropine,total phosphorus chloride and hospitalization time in the treatment group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the cholinesterase activity in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM enema combined with hemoperfusion is effective in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
