南堡油田注水系统阻垢技术研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 南堡油田注水开发过程中,由于注入水水质不稳定、注水水性变化以及外来液矿化度高等因素,造成供水管道、注水管柱及注水层结垢,给油田开发带来严重的危害。通过采用扫描电子显微镜元素分析和化学分析方法量化垢的组分,分析注水结垢的影响因素,找出供水管道和注水井注水管柱结垢的主要原因,从而有针对性地开展阻垢技术研究。通过采取控制成垢离子含量、物理防垢、化学防垢等综合措施,明显降低了结垢趋势,保障了油田注水开发。 In the process of water flooding development in Nanpu Oilfield, scaling in water supply pipeline, water injection string and water injection layer is caused by unstable quality of injected water, variation of injected water property and high salinity of extraneous liquid, which brings serious harm to the oilfield development.Scanning electron microscopy and chemical experiments were used to quantify the composition of scale, analyze the influencing factors of scaling in water injection, find out the main causes of scaling in water supply pipelines and water injection wells, so to carry out targeted scaling prevention technology research.By taking comprehensive measures such as controlling scaling ion content, physical scaling prevention and chemical scaling prevention, the scaling trend is decreased and the oilfield water flooding development is ensure.
