摘要
目的:探讨贝克认知疗法联合音乐放松训练在心脏手术患者中的应用方法和效果。方法:将2016年6月~2017年2月入住心脏外科的80例患者作为对照组,采用心脏外科常规护理措施进行护理;将2017年2月~10月入住心脏外科的80例患者作为实验组,在对照组基础上增加贝克认知疗法和音乐放松训练。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、恐惧视觉模拟评分法(FAVS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对两组患者进行测评,同时比较两组患者短期并发症发生情况。结果:实验组SAS、SDS、FAVS及术后VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组术后短期并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:贝克认知疗法联合音乐放松训练能够改善心脏手术患者的心理状态,降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective:To investigate the application and effect of Beck′s cognitive therapy combined with music relaxation training in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients admitted to cardiac surgery from June 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the control group,and routine cardiac surgery nursing measures were adopted.A total of 80 patients admitted to cardiac surgery from February to October 2017 were selected as the experimental group,and Beck′s cognitive therapy and music relaxation training were added to experimental group on the basis of control group.SAS,SDS,FAVS and VAS were evaluated in two groups,and the incidence of short-term complications of the two groups were compared.Results:SAS,SDS,FAVS and postoperative VAS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of short-term postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Beck′s cognitive therapy combined with music relaxation training can improve the psychological status of patients undergoing cardiac surgery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
