摘要
实践教学标准的构建和质量评价是师范生实践教学中的一个重要问题。经过对国内17所师范院校的调研发现,目前在师范生实践教学环节中还存在不少问题:指导教师力量不足;实践教学标准不明确;评价指标体系不健全;实践基地不稳定;实习学校没有给予足够的重视;实践教学缺乏有效管理;等等。围绕这些问题,研究以提高师范生实践教学能力为出发点,通过构建师范生教育见习、实习和研习的质量标准,改革教育实践过程中质量评价的实施方案。实践证明,从实践教学标准构建入手,强化质量评价,是一个行之有效的改革举措,对于提升师范生教育质量有着重要的现实意义。
The construction and quality evaluation of practical teaching standards is an important issue in normal school students’ practical teaching. Through the investigation of 17 normal universities in China, we found that there are still many problems in the practical teaching of normal school students: insufficient instructors, unclear standards of practical teaching, imperfect evaluation index system, unstable practice base, insufficient attention from practice schools, lacking of effective management of practical teaching, and so on. Around these problems, in order to improve the practical teaching ability of normal school students, we have reformed the implementation plan of quality evaluation in the process of educational practice by constructing the quality standards of normal school students’ educational probation, practice and study. The practice has proved that starting from the construction of practical teaching standards and strengthening quality evaluation is an effective reform measure, which has important practical significance for improving the training quality of normal school students.
