摘要
儿童近视和肥胖的发生呈逐年上升趋势,近视和肥胖已成为影响儿童青少年生长发育和身体健康的重要疾病之一,预防并控制儿童近视和肥胖的发生,将提高儿童的健康生活质量。本研究收集临湘市疾病预防控制中心2016年城乡1-6年级小学生体检资料,采用横断面调查和分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取小学生7562人,对其视力、体质指数等指标进行统计学分析。调查显示,小学生近视和肥胖在城区和男生较严重,小学生三年级后近视率的显著上升和一年级的肥胖状况对整体健康素质的下降有显著影响。本研究旨为湖南省小学生近视和肥胖防治工作提供参考。
The incidence of myopia and adiposity in children is increasing year by year.Myopia and adiposity have become one of the important diseases affecting the growth and health of children and adolescents.Preventing and controlling the occurrence of myopia and adiposity in children will improve the quality of their life.The study collected physical examination data of grade1-6 primary school students in urban and rural areas of Linxiang city in 2016.7562 pupils were selected by cross-sectional survey and stratified cluster random sampling.The visual acuity and body mass index and other statistical index were analyzed statistically.According to the investigation,the myopia and adiposity of primary school students are more serious in urban areas and boys.The incidence of myopia after grade 3 of primary school and adiposity in grade 1 had significant effect on the decrease of overall health.This study is intended to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of myopia and adiposity in primary school students in Hunan Province.
