不同硫磺用量对MPU/TPEE动态硫化热塑性弹性热空气老化前后体物理机械性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of different sulfur content on physical and mechanical properties of MPU/TPEE dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer before and after hot air aging

摘要 采用高温开炼机制备了橡塑比为60/40的MPU/TPEE动态硫化热塑性弹性体(TPV),考察了不同硫磺用量对TPV热空气老化前后物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,硫磺(S)具有提高MPU橡胶硫化速度、硫化程度、缩短焦烧时间作用。硫磺用量对TPV硬度影响不大,除未加S的胶料,其余胶料硬度、断裂伸长率、拉断强度均低于热空气老化之前。随S用量增加,胶料永久变形减小,且热空气老化后的永久变形大于老化前,最后发现TPV具有一定的耐热空气老化性能。 MPU/TPEE dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer(TPV)with a rubber/plastic ratio of 60/40 was prepared by high temperature open mill.The effects of different sulfur dosages on physical and mechanical properties of TPV before and after hot air aging were investigated.The results show that sulfur(S)can increase the vulcanization rate,vulcanization degree and shortening the scorch time of MPU rubber.The amount of sulfur has little effect on the hardness of TPV.Except for the rubber without S,the hardness,elongation at break and tensile strength of the other rubbers are lower than those before hot air aging.As the amount of S increased,the permanent deformation of the rubber decreased,and the permanent deformation after hot air aging is greater than before aging,and finally TPV has a certain heat-resistant air aging performance.
