NBR/TPEE TPV的制备及不同炭黑用量对其物理机械性能的影响

Preparation of NBR/TPEE TPV and the effect of different carbon black dosage on its physical and mechanical properties

摘要 本文利用开炼机,使用动态硫化共混技术,成功制得一种新型的NBR/TPEE TPV,本文探索了开炼机制备TPV的关键工艺,并研究了不同炭黑用量对其物理机械性能的影响。结果表明:随着炭黑用量的增加,NBR的最高扭矩越来越大。随着炭黑用量的增加,NBR拉断强度与扯断伸长率先上升后下降,NBR/TPEE TPV的拉断强度与扯断伸长率先上升后下降。当填料含量为20份时,NBR/TPEE TPV具有较好的综合性能。随着炭黑用量的增加,NBR的扯断永久变形很小,NBR/TPEE TPV扯断永久变形小于50%;随着炭黑用量的增加,NBR/TPEE TPV的门尼黏度逐渐增加,但小于85。 In this paper,a new type of NBR/TPEE TPV was successfully prepared by using an open mill and dynamic vulcanization blending technology.This article explores the key process of preparing TPV by an open mill,and studies the effect of different carbon black dosages on its physical and mechanical properties.The results show that as the amount of carbon black increases,the maximum torque of NBR becomes larger and larger.As the amount of carbon black increases,the tensile strength and elongation at break of NBR increase first and then decrease.The tensile strength and elongation at break of NBR/TPEE TPV increase first and then decrease.When the filler content is 20 parts,NBR/TPEE TPV has better overall performance.With the increase in the amount of carbon black,the permanent deformation at break of NBR is very small,and the permanent deformation at break of NBR/TPEE TPV is less than 50%.As the amount of carbon black increases,the Mooney viscosity of NBR/TPEE TPV gradually increases,but it is less than 85.
