百香果籽油对衰老小鼠运动耐力及抗疲劳功能研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过向衰老小鼠施用百香果籽油,研究百香果籽油对衰老小鼠运动耐力和生化指标的影响。结果表明:灌服百香果籽油的衰老小鼠跑步时间和负重游泳的力竭时间均显著增加(P<0.05),血清尿素氮和血乳酸含量显著减低(P<0.05),肝糖原和肌糖原能够满足机体的对能量的需求。同时,衰老小鼠机体内丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活力升高。并且,灌服200 mg/(kg d)剂量时,衰老小鼠的运动耐力和生化指标均最好。综上,百香果籽油能够对抗D-半乳糖对小鼠造成的衰老,显著提升衰老小鼠的运动耐力。 The effect of passion fruit seed oil on exercise endurance and biochemical indexes of aging mice was studied by applying passion fruit seed oil to aging mice.The results showed that the running time and exhaustion time of weight-bearing swimming were signi ficantly increased in aging mice fed with passion fruit seed oil(P<0.05),and the contents of serum urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Liver glycogen and muscle glycogen could meet the energy needs of the body.Meanwhile,malondialdehyde content in aging mice was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were increased.In addition,the exercise endurance and biochemical indexes of aging mice were the best when given 200 mg/(kg d)dose.In conclusion,passion fruit seed oil could resist the aging induced by D-galactose in mice and signi ficantly improve the exercise endurance of aging mice.
