摘要
碳纤维作为增强材料使用时,其复合材料的力学性能很大程度上取决于碳纤维本身的力学性能,因此准确表征碳纤维的拉伸强度、拉伸模量等力学性能对其后续研究、生产和应用具有重要作用。根据标准GB/T3362—2017、ASTMD4018—17以及ISO10618:2004(E)中的规定,并结合实验室碳纤维拉伸测试积累的数据结果,测定T300B、T700SC及T800HB3种碳纤维浸胶复丝的拉伸强度、拉伸模量及断裂伸长率,确定最佳测试条件。结果表明:在2mm/min及5mm/min的拉伸速率下,T300B、T700SC及T800HB碳纤维复丝拉伸强度和拉伸模量测试值接近真实值;应变区间为0.3%~0.6%时测出的拉伸模量值接近T300B、T700SC及T800HB碳纤维复丝的真实值。
The mechanical properties of polymer composites mainly depend on the mechanical properties of the carbon fiber when carbon fiber is used as reinforcement materials.Therefore,the accurate characterization of carbon fiber′s tensile strength,tensile modulus and other mechanical properties plays an important role in the follow-up research,production and application.According to the regulations of GB/T 3362-2017,ASTM D4018-17 and ISO 10618:2004(E),the tensile strength,tensile modulus and breaking extension rate of dipped multifilaments of T300B,T700SC and T800HB carbon fibers were measured to determine the optimum testing conditions based on the data collected from the tensile test of carbon fibers in the laboratory.The results showed that the measured tensile strength and modulus of T300B,T700SC and T800HB carbon multifilaments were close to the actual values at the drawing rates of 2 and 5 mm/min;and the tensile modulus measured at the strain range of 0.3%-0.6%was close to the actual values of T300B,T700SC and T800HB carbon multifilaments.
