摘要
基于MIL-HDBK-17与DOT/FAA/AR-03/19中关于复合材料许用值的经验总结及统计方法,概述了目前通用的复合材料B基准值的统计计算方法,并对比分析了这两种计算方法的差异,通过算例分析研究了MIL手册与FAA计算方法的B基准值结果。介绍了复合材料小样本模型B基准值的计算方法;同时探讨了样本离散系数对这两种计算方法的影响,随着样本离散系数增大,MIL手册显示的B基准值偏于保守。
Based on MIL-HDBK-17 and DOT/FAA/AR-03/19,the statistical analysis methods for the B-basis value of composites were summarized.The difference between the two statistical calculation methods was compared.The calculation results of the B-basis value based on these two methods were analyzed.The Small Samples calculation model for the B-basis value of composites was introduced.The influence of the sample discrete coefficient on the two statistical analysis methods was discussed.The B-basis value based on the MIL-HDBK-17 was smaller than that based on the FAA with the rise of the sample discrete coefficient.
