基于小样本物理测试的复合材料B基准许用值分析计算 被引量:1

摘要 复合材料由于其复杂性及工艺和制造缺陷导致材料表现出极大的分散性,对其进行研究十分困难。目前的传统方法依赖大量试验,对人力、时间、材料成本要求极高。本文采用仿真方法,计算研究了实际工程中使用的一种碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料的纵向拉伸、横向拉伸、纵向压缩、横向压缩、面内剪切等5种力学性能的B基准许用值并分析了试验与计算之间的差异。对试验计算与仿真结果误差较大的纵向压缩强度及试验未计算出结果的横向拉伸强度进行了重点分析。计算误差控制在5%,且节省了成本。 Composite materials are extremely difficult to study due to their complexity, process and manufacturing defects, resulting in great dispersion of materials. The current traditional methods rely on a large number of tests and require extremely high manpower, time and material costs. Using the simulation method, the B-basis allowable of five mechanical properties such as longitudinal tensile, transverse tensile, longitudinal compression, transverse compression and in-plane shear of a carbon fiber composite used in the actual engineering of the institute were calculated and analyzed. The difference between the test and the simulation. The longitudinal compressive strength with large error between the experimental calculation and the simulation results was analyzed, and the transverse tensile strength of the uncalculated test was analyzed. The calculation error is controlled at 5% and the cost is saved.
