摘要
目的探讨不同高压注射增强方式对CT增强扫描图像质量的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年10月某院收治的98例行CT增强扫描患者,依照不同高压注射增强方式将其分为对照组(n=49)与试验组(n=49),对照组施以单管注射造影剂,但不注射生理盐水予以冲洗;试验组施以双管注射,即单管注射造影剂联合生理盐水予以冲洗,观察两组患者的CT扫描图像质量与大血管内CT值情况。结果试验组的阳性率明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组患者的大血管内CT值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单管注射造影剂联合生理盐水予以冲洗能够在较大程度上去除放射性伪影,降低阳性率,同时能够有效的降低造影剂使用量,获得更加清晰的图像。
Objective To investigate the effects of different high-pressure injection enhancement methods on the quality of CT-enhanced scan images.Methods A total of 98 patients with CT-enhanced scans admitted to a hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into the control group(n=49)and the experimental group(n=49)according to different high-pressure injection enhancement methods.The control group was given a single tube injection of contrast agent but was not washed with normal saline.The experimental group was given a double tube injection,that is,the single tube injection of contrast agent combined with physiological saline to wash.The quality of CT scanned image and large intravascular CT values of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The positive rate of the experimental group was significantly lower and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in large intravascular CT values between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Single-tube injection of contrast agent combined with saline can remove radioactive artifacts to a large extent,reduce the positive rate and effectively reduce the amount of contrast agent used to obtain a clearer image.
