摘要
提供了一种三相双层叠绕准正弦绕组的设计方法,绕组是在双层叠绕组的基础上,根据等槽满率和磁势正弦化的原则,通过设计线圈组中各线圈的匝数得到。首先简要介绍了正弦绕组的设计原理,然后以72槽6极三相双层绕组为例,详细阐述了72槽6极等槽满率三相双层叠绕准正弦绕组的设计过程。本文为正弦绕组提供了设计思路和理论依据。
This paper presents a design method for three-phase double-layer lap sinusoidal winding,the winding was designed based on the design of double-layer,equal coil space factor and sinusoidal magneto motive force.Firstly,the design principle of sinusoidal winding was introduced.Secondly,take 72 slots 6 poles three-phase double-layer winding for example,the design process of equal coil space factor three-phase double-layer lap sinusoidal winding was described detailed.This paper provides design idea and theoretical basis for sinusoidal winding.
