风储孤网多智能体功率平衡控制时滞优化模型 被引量:2

摘要 针对风力发电系统与电池储能系统联合供电的微网孤网运行时,由于风电的不确定性与负荷的波动性导致的微网功率平衡困难问题,以及各个子系统在实时状态数据交互过程中存在的时间延迟问题,提出了基于多智能体功率平衡控制的时滞优化模型。首先根据风储孤网系统的结构组成建立双层多智能体的网络拓扑;然后针对风储系统中各种功率不平衡运行工况构建功率平衡数学模型;并考虑状态数据与控制信息在系统中传递的时滞性,对风储孤网功率进行优化控制并求解;最后利用所建立的仿真模型对系统在不同运行工况下的运行过程进行了分析。仿真结果表明,针对风储孤网系统提出的基于多智能体功率协调控制时滞优化模型能够实现系统的稳定运行。 When the microgrid powered by wind power generation system and battery energy storage system is running in isolated network, the power balance of microgrid is difficult due to the uncertainty of wind power and the fluctuation of load, and the real-time status data of each subsystem. The time delay problem existing in the interaction process is proposed. The time delay optimization model based on multi-agent power balance control is proposed. Firstly, the network topology of two-layer multi-agent is established according to the structural composition of the wind storage island system. Then the power balance mathematical model is constructed for various power imbalance operation conditions in the wind storage system;and the state data and control information are considered in the system. The time-delay of the transmission is optimized and solved for the power of the wind storage isolated network. Finally, the established simulation model is used to analyze the operation process of the system under different operating conditions. The simulation results show that the multi-agent power coordinated control time-delay optimization model proposed for wind storage island system can achieve stable operation of the system.
