摘要
针对机车所用铜管接线端子的直流电阻和极限温升试验,文章详细阐述了试验原理、试验方法和试验过程,并使用DCT150-12接线端子进行了试验验证,对试验过程中常见的问题进行分析并提出处理措施,为电缆压接结果检验提供科学依据,并为同类试验提供数据参考。
In view of the DC resistance and ultimate temperature-rise test of copper terminal for locomotive,the test principle, test method and test process are described in detail in this paper, and the test verification is carried out by using DCT150-12 terminal. The common problems in the test process are analyzed and the treatment measures are put forward in order to provide the scientific basis for the test of cable compression results and the data reference for similar tests.
