摘要
随着全机静力和疲劳结构强度试验测量规模不断扩大,在以往传统的应变测量过程中,应变片与导线的连接采用烙铁焊接的接线方式,存在工作效率低和易出错等问题,提出了应用UY2接线端子对应变片与导线进行连接的连接方式。通过对UY2接线端子可靠性验证试验、防踩踏试验、防拉扯、防晃动试验和UY2接线端子在实际的应变测量中对测量数据的影响研究的结果数据的分析与对比,总结出了一整套UY2接线端子在结构强度应变测量试验中可行的应用方法。
With the continuous expansion of the measurement to full scale aircraft static and fatigue structural testing, the past strain measurement processes have some problems,for example, low efficiency, error-prone and so on. In this pa- per, the method of UY2 wiring terminal was applied to the connection of strain measurement wire. The reliability test, stampede test, pull and shake tests of the UY2 wiring terminal were carried out and the results were contrasted and ana- lyzed. The impact study of UY2 wiring terminal for the strain measurement accuracy was investigated in an actual strain measurement test. Based on the results, a whole set of feasible method on UY2 wiring terminal applied for strain meas- urement in structural Strength test was achieved.
