木薯蚕茧酶法脱胶工艺及蚕丝性能研究 被引量:4

Degumming process and silk properties of cassava cocoons with enzyme

摘要 在浴比为1∶50的条件下,采用单因素控制法,分别探究脱胶温度、碱性蛋白酶质量浓度与脱胶时间对木薯蚕茧脱胶率的影响,寻找酶法脱胶的最佳工艺,并将酶法脱胶与碱法脱胶后的木薯蚕丝形貌、力学性能进行对比。结果表明:脱胶最佳工艺为温度50℃、酶质量浓度6 g/L、时间180 min。在最佳工艺条件下,木薯蚕丝的脱胶效果明显,丝胶被全部去除,表面光滑平整,蚕丝抗拉、抗断能力下降,断裂强力为5.82 cN,下降了13.09%。与碱法脱胶相比,酶法脱胶后的木薯蚕丝力学性能更好。 Under the condition of bath ratio 1 ∶ 50, the effects of temperature, concentration and time on the degumming rate of cassava cocoon with alcalase by controlling single factor explored, to find the optimum technology of enzymatic degumming. The shape characteristic and mechanical property of the cassava cocoon by enzymatic degumming and alkaline degumming are compared. The results show that the optimum degumming process are degumming at 50℃ for 180 min with concentration of 6 g/L. Under the optimum process conditions, the degumming effect of cassava silk is obvious, the silk glue all has been removed and the surface is smooth and flat. The tensile and breaking capacity decrease and the breaking strength is 5.82 cN decreased by 13.09%. The mechanical property of the cassava cocoons by enzymatic degumming is better than that by alkali degumming.
