摘要
通过超声波应用于桑蚕丝加工是否损伤桑蚕丝力学性能进行实验研究,表明:超声波辅助条件下,脱胶处理水的温度、pH值是影响脱胶率、断裂强力和断裂伸长的主要因素;超声波功率和处理时间对桑蚕丝脱胶的影响不明显.
This paper studies the damage mechanics property of mulberry silk by applying ultrasonic in its degumming processing. The results show that in ultrasonic-assisted conditions temperature and pH of water are the main factors that influence degumming rate, breaking strength, and extension at break. And ultrasonic power and time of degumming process do not have obvious influence.
