摘要
老年群体后职业发展,是老年群体参与社会劳动或社会活动,创造物质财富和精神财富,同时满足自身需要,实现自我价值的过程。在我国老龄化日益严峻的背景下,注重老年群体后职业发展,对社会发展以及老年人自身价值的实现具有重要意义。通过对连云港市城区退休老年人后职业发展的调查研究,了解老年群体后职业发展意愿、主要方式和原因,并进一步分析性别、年龄、身体健康状况、受教育水平、经济状况与老年群体后职业发展的相关性。
The elderly career development is a process in which the old people participate in social work or social activities, create material wealth and spiritual wealth. At the same time, they can meet their own needs and realize self-worth. Under the background of the aggravation of the aging problem in China, paying attention to the elderly career development is important to develop society and realize the value of the old people. Through the investigation and research on the career development of retired old people in the urban area of Lianyungang, the author analyses the willingness, the way and the reasons of the elderly career development and the correlation between the gender, age, health, education level and economic status.
