学生核心素养培养校本化的实践与探索——以延吉市北兴小学校为例

摘要 学生核心素养对新时代学生的总体要求,是学校课程建设和改革的重要基础和前提。学校要从实际出发,进行系统设计和整体变革,真正把核心素养内化到学生身上,让学生在校园发展成为更为健全的个体。课程建设和实施要以人为本,从学校教育的整体来落实课程价值观,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的良好学习习惯,培养学生的关键品格和能力,从而形成开放、多样的课程形态。 Students’ key competencies is the general requirement of the new era for students, which is the important foundation and premise of school curriculum construction and reform. Schools should proceed from reality, carry out system design and overall reform, truly internalize the key competencies to students, so that students can develop into more sound individuals on campus. The construction and implementation of curriculum should be people-oriented, implement curriculum values from the whole of school education, stimulate students’ interest in learning, cultivate students’ good learning habits, cultivate students’ key character and ability,thus forming an open and diverse curriculum form.
