摘要
目的:探讨化浊解毒方对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者临床疗效及可能的作用机制。方法:将120例UC患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予化浊解毒方,对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片(1.0g/次,3次/d),2组疗程均为4周,观察治疗前后2组临床症状改善情况,评估其各自临床疗效,同时检测2组患者治疗前后血清细胞因子白介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)、白介素-33(Interleukin-33,IL-33)水平及肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平。结果:4周疗程治疗结束后,2组临床疗效比较,观察组有效率(82.46%)明显高于对照组(60.71%);同组内治疗后较治疗前包含粘液脓血便、腹泻、腹痛、里急后重在内的各项中医症状积分均有所下降,但观察组与对照组比较,观察组较对照组下降更为明显;2组内治疗后血清IL-10较前升高,IL-33及TNF-α水平较前下降,与对照组治疗后比较,观察组血清IL-10水平升高及IL-33与TNF-α水平下降程度更显著。结论:运用化浊解毒方治疗溃疡性结肠炎可以明显改善患者临床症状,提高疗效,其机制可能与调整血清炎症细胞因子相关。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and possible mechanism of Huazhuo Jiedu Fang on ulcerative colitis(UC). Methods: 120 patients with UC according to random number table method is divided into the observation group and control group, observation group give Huazhuo Jiedu Fang, the control group to give the salad oxazine enteric coated metformin hydrochloride(1.0 g/time, 3 times/day), a course of 4 weeks, the two groups were observed before and after treatment of two groups of clinical symptoms improve the situation, to evaluate their clinical efficacy, and at the same time detection of two groups of patients before and after treatment serum cytokines serum Interleukin 10(Interleukin-0, IL-10), Interleukin-33(Interleukin-33, IL-33) and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) levels.Results: the total effective rate of the observation group(82.46%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(60.71%).Within the same group after treatment than before treatment including mucous pus blood stool, diarrhea, abdominal pain, tenesmus symptom points were decreased(P<0.05), but Compared with the control group, the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05);After internal treatment, serum IL-10 level was higher than before,and IL-33 and TNF-α levels were lower than before(P<0.05);compared with the control group after treatment, serum IL-10 level was increased and IL-33 and TNF-α levels were decreased more significantly in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of ulcerative colitis with Huazhuo Jiedu Fang can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the curative effect, and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of inflammatory cytokines in serum.
