促进和加强肩袖腱骨界面愈合的技术进展 被引量:10

Recent technique for enhancing tendon-bone healing after rotator cuff repair

摘要 在肩袖出现损伤时,其腱骨愈合受到很多因素的影响,但往往最终形成瘢痕愈合从而影响其正常的功能。尽管目前肩关节镜的技术和使用的材料日新月异,但是由于肩袖结构的特殊和腱骨愈合的效果相对较差,治疗效果往往不佳,再次损伤的概率较高。因此,学者们开始尝试利用多种方法来促进和加强肩袖腱骨愈合,提高愈合质量。一些方法的基础研究和临床随访都取得了一定的成果。促进肩袖腱骨愈合有多种方法,目前临床上常用的主要有间充质干细胞、富血小板血浆和移植物的应用。本文对这些方法做一简要综述。 In the rotator cuff tear, the tendon-bone healing is affected by many factors, usually achieves by scar tissue formation that leads to deteriorated function. Although the techniques and materials used in shoulder arthroscopy are updating, the tendon-bone healing is still a problem due to the special structure of rotator cuff and tear reason, associated with high re-injury risk. Therefore, researchers have tried to use various methods to improve the healing of the rotator cuff and enhance the quality of healing. In some basic researches and clinical studies, the results to promote the tendon-bone healing of the rotator cuff have been achieved by many ways mainly including mesenchymal stem cells, platelet-rich plasma and grafts. This article gives a brief review of these methods.
