轴压载荷下薄壁整体壁板强度设计 被引量:1

The Strength Design for Thin Skin of Integral Plate under Compression Load

摘要 在最佳设计面积比的情况下,整体壁板的设计可以得到较高的结构承载能力,但是对于整体壁板,蒙皮与筋条分离面的确定给实际设计工作造成很大障碍。为解决以上问题,对蒙皮厚度在2.5~3.5mm范围内的“T”形整体壁板,在截面面积相同的条件下给定分离面位置,以最大失稳载荷为设计目标,得到蒙皮与筋条的最佳设计面积比。结果表明:以此面积比设计的厚蒙皮“T”形整体壁板其承受轴压载荷的能力最强。 In the case of optimum design in ratio of the area,higher load of the structure about integral panel design can be obtained.But for the integral panel,it is difficult to establish the separation surface position between the skin and stiffeners in the practice design.To solve the problem the research work has been done.The skin thickness is from 2.5mm to 3.5 mm.The cross section of stiffener is“T”shaped.Under the same conditions for a given separation surface position,the optimum design for the skin and stiffener area ratio is obtained.Result shows that the integral panel with such an area ratio is the strongest to subject the axial compression load.
