摘要
介绍了一种用于大型机身壁板复合载荷加载的试验平台,该试验平台能够施加拉伸/压缩、剪切、气密载荷及复合载荷,可进行壁板的静强度或疲劳试验,并且拉-剪比或压-剪比可以是任意比例。通过巧妙的设计,将各载荷加载系统分离,解决了复合加载时,载荷间相互干涉的难题。
A combined loading test platform for fuselage panel is introduced in the paper. The test卩}"!:?'? c"n b/ used to load tension/compression loading, shear loading, pressure loading andcombined loading in static test or fatigue test of fuselage panel. Meanwhile, the ratio of tension toshear or compression to shear can be any ration in combined loading test. Loading system isseparated among tension/compression loading system, shear loading system and pressure loadingsystem, which is an effective solutions to interferential problem between loading systems, and theresearch direction are discussed.
