摘要
目的研究洛铂联合紫杉醇治疗晚期胃癌的效果。方法选取2015年8月—2017年6月在我院收治的72例胃癌患者,根据随机列表法将患者均分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予顺铂联合紫杉醇,观察组给予洛铂联合紫杉醇,对比两组的总有效率及不良反应率。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为88.89%,明显高于对照组的69.44%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良率为13.89%,明显低于对照组为36.11%(P<0.05),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洛铂联合紫杉醇治疗晚期胃癌效果确切,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of lobaplatin combined with paclitaxel in treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods The 72 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients in our hospital from August 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by random list method.The control group was given with cisplatin combined with paclitaxel,while the observation group by lobaplatin combined with paclitaxel.The total efficiency rate and adverse reaction rates were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency rate of the observation group was 88.89%,which significantly higher than that of the control group(69.44%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 13.89%in the observation group,lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The lobaplatin combined with paclitaxel in the treatment of gastric cancer is effective,safe and worthy of clinical application.
