摘要
转子毂总成是一种用于ISG电机转子的安装以及与耦合机构其他部件连接的毂类零件。转子毂的设计会对ISG电机本身动力性及经济性产生一定的影响。文章以某P2架构耦合机构ISG电机上所用的转子毂总成为例,简要分析并总结了该类零件的开发设计要素。
The rotor hub assembly is a hub type part which is used to install the motor rotor and to connect other parts of the coupling structure.Accordingly,the design of the rotor hub has an important influence on the dynamic performance and economic performance of the ISG motor.Taking the rotor hub assembly used in a certain P2 coupling structure ISG motor as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the key design and development elements of this kind of parts.
