摘要
为全面客观地评价重庆市全民健康信息平台的应用情况,在工作调研的基础上,对照国家平台建设与应用标准,提出了建立同步推进信息管理与利用的机制,强化应用为导向的业务联动,加快推进惠民服务和业务系统的整合,持续提升平台数据质量,以及强化平台信息安全和隐私保护工作等对策建议。
To comprehensively and objectively evaluate the application of Chongqing regional health Information platform,on the basis of work research,and in accordance with national platform construction and application standards,this paper proposed a series of policy recommendation such as establishing a synchronous mechanism to promote information management and utilization,strengthening the application oriented business linkage,accelerating the integration of people’s services and business systems,continuously improving data quality on the platform,enhancing platform information security and the privacy protection,and etc.
