摘要
中国旅游业经历了高速增长阶段,获得的红利与成果为世界所瞩目,但是游客对优质旅游产品的需求日益显著,在旅游业从高速增长期向优质旅游期发展的关键时期,旅游企业人力资源管理水平成为其中必不可少的关键影响因素,人力资源管理者必须用全新的思维方式重新定位其管理角色。文章从网络管理的应用程度角度对安徽地区96家旅游企业人力资源部门进行访谈和问卷,寻求优质旅游需求背景下旅游企业人力资源管理现状,从引人、用人、培训、留人、考核等多方位提出旅游企业人力资源网络化管理建议。
China's tourism industry has experienced a period of rapid growth,and the dividends and achievements have attracted worldwide attention.However,tourists'demand for quality tourism products has become increasingly prominent.In the critical period of tourism from high-speed growth to high-quality tourism,the level of tourism enterprises'human resource management has become an indispensable key factor,and HR managers must reposition their management roles with a new way of thinking.From the perspective of the application degree of network management,interviews and questionnaires on the human resources departments of 96 tourism enterprises in Anhui are conducted,the status quo of human resources management of tourism enterprises is explored,and suggestions on the network management of human resources in tourism enterprises in the context of high-quality tourism demand are proposed from aspects of recruitment,employment,training,retention,and assessment.
