四溴双酚A对鼠的毒理性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 四溴双酚A(tetrabromobisphenol A,TBBPA)是使用很广泛的溴代阻燃剂,具有一定的致毒性,是潜在的持久性有机污染物(POPs)。TBBPA 在环境中大量存在,可能已经对人体健康产生了不良影响。主要对TBBPA 在哺乳动物鼠类器官组织中的代谢转化及其对动物的急性毒性、内分泌干扰效应、器官毒性等方面进行综述。结果表明,一定含量TBBPA 使小鼠体重衰减,造成明显的肝、肾和肺器官的损伤,过量可致死,同时TBBPA影响三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)和甲状腺素(T4)以及蛋白质CD25的表达,造成甲状腺素分泌、T细胞增殖受阻,使内分泌失衡、神经元损伤和免疫功能降低等。 Tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA)is a widely used brominated flame retardant with certain toxicity,which is a potential persistent organic pollutants(POPs). TBBPA is abundant in the environment and may adversely affect human health. This article mainly describes the metabolic transformation of TBBPA in mammalian rodent organ tissues,its acute toxicity to animals,endocrine disrupting effects,organ toxicity and so on. The results showed that a certain amount of TBBPA attenuated the body weight of the mice,it caused obvious damage to the liver,kidney and lung organs,and led to death with excessive amount. TBBPA affects the expression of triiodothyronine (T3),thyroxine(T4)and protein CD25,it causes thyroxine secretion and T cell proliferation block,makes endocrine imbalance,neuronal damage and immune function reduction.
