摘要
大众创新时代背景下,要求学生具备综合创新实践能力,高校提出创客化培养目标。教育对象、教学内容、培养目标的变化,对大学教师的要求也在调整变化。分析当前教育环境变化下,教师的发展协调性问题,研究理论教学与实践教学相协调、传统教学与教学改革探索相协调、制度约束与自我激励相协调,以及成长阶段相协调,得出结论,教师的适应性发展才能培养出教育目标适应下的创客人才。
Students are required to have a kind of comprehensive innovation practice ability in the era of mass innovation.Therefore,universities put forward the training objective of makerization.This paper analyzes the development coordination of teachers under the changing educational environment,and studies the coordination relations between theoretical teaching and practical teaching,between traditional teaching and exploration of teaching reform,and between institutional constraint and self-motivation,to cultivate maker talents under the adaptation of educational objectives.
