采用广义椭圆方程曲线导轨的径向球塞马达的输出特性 被引量:6

摘要 改变椭圆曲线的作用次数,可以得到一系列新型的径向液压马达定子导轨曲线,该曲线为一条封闭、连续且高次可导的周期性曲线,可解决内曲线马达内部柔性冲击、定子曲线绘图精度低的问题,可由一个广义椭圆方程生成。探究方程参数以及钢球个数对采用该曲线导轨的径向球塞马达的流量脉动与扭矩脉动的影响,发现作用次数和钢球个数为较大的奇数时,流量脉动和扭矩脉动较小,数据表明该方程曲线导轨在制作低噪声的径向液压马达方面有着显著的优异性能。 When semi-major axis and semi-minor axis of elliptic curve change simultaneously,we can get a series of new type of radial hydraulic motor stator guide curves,which are closed continuous,derivable and differentiable periodic curves,and they can help us solve the problem of motor internal flexible impact and low stator curve drawing precision,and those curves can be generated by a generalized elliptic equation.We explore the effect of parameters of the equation and number of steel balls on flow pulsation and torque pulsation of radial bulb stopper hydraulic motor,and it is found that when action numbers and number of steel balls are larger odd,the flow pulsation and torque pulsation are smaller.The data show that the equation of curve orbits has excellent performance in terms of manufacturing low noise radial hydraulic motor.
