摘要
介绍了一种新型的旋片滚柱泵的原理,对该泵的结构进行了设计,并对该泵的特征和应用进行了阐述,研究表明该旋片滚柱泵理论上比原单级旋片真空泵节电20%,比气泵节电50%,比水环泵节电30%以上,具有节能、环保、结构简单、成本低等优点。
The principle of a new spinning roller pump is introduced, and the structure of the pump is designed, the characteristic and application of the pump are described. It is indicated that the 20% electricity is saved comparing to the original single-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps, 50% electricity more than the air pump, and 30% electricity than water ring pump. It has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, simple structure and low cost.
