摘要
分析了电动燃油泵(下述简称燃油泵)定子曲线的优缺点,在定子曲线满足滚柱不脱空的前提下,采用曲线拟合过渡的方法,得到了完全无冲击和低噪声的高次定子曲线。研究结果表明,针对曲线突变点改进的定子曲线,消除了滚柱在过渡曲线上出现的软冲点和硬冲点,与高次(八次)定子曲线比较,改进的定子曲线拥有同样的优越性能,其燃油泵的瞬时流量高低差值为0.96L/min(改进前的瞬时流量高低差值为1.2L/min),流量脉动减少了0.24L/min,进而达到了减小冲击和磨损,降低燃油泵噪声的目的。
Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of fuel pump's stator curve,based on that the roller on this stator curve has eliminated the void point,by using curve fitting transitional method,got the high order stator curve which has no attacks completely and lower noise.The results showed that improving the catastrophe point of roller's stator curve can eliminate the void point including the soft and hard impact point of the roller on the stator transitional curve.Compared the eighth-power stator curve with the improved stator curve,the improved curve also has the same superior performance curves.On the improved stator curve,the difference value of the roller pump's instantaneous flow is 0.96 L/min and the difference value is 1.2 L/min before the improvement,the flow pulsation could be decreased by 0.24 L/min,with that,the abrasion of the roller,the impact of the pump and the noise of the pump can be reduced.
