三交河煤矿蓄水池远程监测控制系统研究

摘要 为了解决三交河煤矿蓄水池供水系统原设备无法判断设备故障,设备运行效率低、故障率高的问题,对污水处理厂蓄水池进出水系统安装监测控制系统,从传感器的选型、分站、主站三方对系统进行设计。通过现场应用表明,系统设计合理,运行平稳,功能完善,可以有效提高工作效率,保证设备运行安全可靠,实现了矿井污水处理厂蓄水池的远程自动化控制。 In order to solve the problem that the original equipment of the reservoir water supply system of Sanjiaohe Mine without the ability of judging the equipment failure, the equipment with low operating efficiency and high failure rate, the monitoring and control system for the inlet and outlet water system of the sewage treatment plant was installed, and the sensor selection, the sub-station and the main station were designed. The field application showed that the system design was reasonable, the operation was stable and the function got good result, the work efficiency was effectively improved, the equipment operation was safe and reliable, and the remote automatic control of the reservoir of the mine sewage treatment plant was realized.
