摘要
为了实现水资源的合理、高效利用,解决因缺水而影响生产的问题,设计了水井供水的无线监控系统。该系统中用西门子S7-200采集储水池的液位高度以及对水泵的运行进行控制,并且把数据通过GPRS传送给上位机,上位机可实时在线的监控水泵的电压和电流等电量参数、储水池的液位高度、水泵和阀门的工作状态等,本系统有手动、自动、本地、远程等多种控制方式。经在赤峰富邦铜厂测试,系统运行稳定可靠。
In order to realize the rational utilization of water resources, and solve the production problem because of the lack of water,a wireless monitoring system of well water supply is designed. SIEMENS S7 -200 collects the water level of the reservoir and controls the operation of the pump, and then the data will be sent to the upper computer through GPRS. The upper computer can monitor the voltage and current parameters of the water pump, the liquid level of the reservoir, the working state of the pump and valve. The system has several control modes like manual, automatic, local, remote and so on. The system is proved to be stable and reliable after the testing in Chifeng.
