摘要
互联网背景下企业提高了对营销人才技能的需求,高校与社会之间关于营销人才的“供求错位”现象日趋显著,如何培养企业需求的营销人才?文章以广州大学华软软件学院为例,通过问卷调查分析了企业对营销毕业生的需求,从课程群、教学方式、教学考核体系、教学团队等四个方面来开展市场营销专业的实践教学。
Under the background of the Internet,enterprises have increased the demand for marketing talents.The phenomenon of"dislocation of supply and demand"between marketing colleges and universities is becoming more and more obvious.How to cultivate marketing talents for enterprises?Taking the South China institute of Software Engineering of Guangzhou University as an example,this paper analyzes the demand of marketing graduates through questionnaire survey,and carries out the practical teaching of marketing professional from four aspects:curriculum group,teaching method,teaching evaluation system and teaching team.
