摘要
为了降低18506回采对南八南九大巷造成的采动影响,采用围岩应力卸压和强制放顶两种技术相结合的深孔爆破切顶卸压技术,确定了顶板爆破高度、爆破裂隙扩展孔间距和初采炮孔位置,提出了初采强制放顶的具体炮孔方案。应用研究表明,深孔爆破切顶卸压技术的卸压效果显著,对18506工作面初采时强制放顶,使顶板及早充分冒落、对采空区起到充填支撑作用;工作面回采时高位覆岩进行断顶卸压,切断应力传播路径。同时有效减少回采动压对邻近巷道的影响,减少巷道维修量,节约了成本,保证了马兰矿的安全生产。
In order to reduce the mining effect of 18506 mining on Nanba Nanjiu roadway,deep-hole blasting roof-cutting and pressure-relief technology combined with surrounding rock stress relief and forced Roof-caving technology is adopted to determine the roof blasting height,the spacing of blasting crack expansion holes and the location of initial blasting holes,and the concrete blasting hole scheme of forced Roof-caving in initial mining is put forward.The application research shows that deep-hole blasting roof-cutting and unloading are feasible.The pressure relief effect of pressure technology is remarkable.The forced roof caving in the initial mining of 18506 working face makes the roof fall early and sufficiently,and plays a filling supporting role in the goaf.The roof of high overburden strata is broken to relieve pressure and cut off the path of stress propagation in the mining face.At the same time,it effectively reduces the impact of mining dynamic pressure on adjacent roadways,reduces the amount of roadway maintenance,saves costs,and ensures the safe production of Malan Mine.
