摘要
目的探讨联合应用托烷司琼和地塞米松预防女性患者无痛胃镜诊疗后恶心、呕吐的效果。方法将333例需行无痛胃镜诊疗的女性患者按随机数字表法分为4组:托烷司琼+地塞米松干预组(TD组)80例、托烷司琼+生理盐水干预组(TS组)86例、地塞米松+生理盐水干预组(DS组)83例、生理盐水干预组(SS组)84例,比较4组无痛胃镜诊疗后24h内恶心呕吐发生率及离院时间。结果与SS组比较,TD、TS和DS组患者恶心、呕吐发生率显著降低(P<0.05),离院时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。TD组患者恶心、呕吐发生率显著低于TS和DS组(P<0.05),且TD组患者离院时间显著短于TS和DS组(P<0.05)。结论托烷司琼联合地塞米松可有效预防女性患者无痛胃镜诊疗后恶心呕吐的发生,并缩短离院时间,且其效果明显优于单一药物应用。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of tropisetron combined with dexamethasone on nausea and vomiting caused by painless gastroscopy in female patients. Methods A total of 333 female patients were randomly divided into four groups:tropisetron + dexamethasone group (TD group, n =80),tropisetron+saline group (TS group, n =86),dexamethasone + saline group (DS group, n =83),and saline group (SS group, n =84).The incidence of nausea and vomiting within 24 hours after painless gastroscopy and discharge time were compared among the four groups. Results Compared with SS group,the incidence of nausea and vomiting was reduced and the discharge time was shortened in TD,TS and DS groups ( P <0.05).Compared with TS or DS group,the incidence of nausea and vomiting was decreased and the discharge time was shortened in TD group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment with tropisetron and dexamethasone can prevent painless gastroscopy-caused nausea and vomiting and shorten discharge time in female patients.Moreover,their combination is more effective than tropisetron or dexamethasone treatment alone.
