摘要
学生管理信息化是学院信息化建设重要组成部分,它对学校整体管理水平具有决定性的影响。随着我院信息化建设的快速发展和推进,信息化标准不断规范和完善,对今后的学生管理工作提出了更高的要求。辽宁农业职业技术学院通过学院大数据决策平台搜集学生多维度行为数据,对在校生行为数据进行决策分析,为每个学生贴上具有行为或思想的特征标签,并按照群体习惯进行分类,学生管理者可以查看每个群体学生的分类的特点,定位不同标签人群特征和规律,为学院学生管理工作提供精细化、个性化管理模式。
Student management informatization is an important part of college informatization construction, which has a decisive impact on the overall management level of the school. With the rapid development and advancement of the informatization construction in our college,the informatization standard is constantly standardized and improved,which puts forward higher requirements for the future student management. We collect multi-dimensional behavior data through college big data platform and analyze the behavior data, label for each student with behavior or thinking features, and classify the students in accordance with the group habits,that student administrators can view the classification of the characteristics of each group of students,tag crowd position with different characteristics and regulations,and provide sophisticated,personalized management model for the college student management work.
