摘要
目的探讨循证理念指导的4C护理模式对行胆囊切除术患者身心状态及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取我院2017年11月至2018年5月行胆囊切除术的结石性胆囊炎患者110例,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组采用常规术后护理,观察组采用循证理念指导的4C护理模式进行干预。观察比较两组患者的胃肠功能恢复情况、心理状态及生活质量。结果观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气及排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。出院2个月后,两组患者的SAS及SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者出院2个月后的各项SF-36评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论给予行胆囊切除术后患者循证理念指导的4C护理模式干预有助于改善患者的胃肠功能及心理状况,提高其整体生活质量,具有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of 4 C nursing model guided by evidence-based concept on physical and mental status and gastrointestinal function recovery in patients undergoing cholecystectomy. Methods One hundred and ten patients with gallstone cholecystitis who underwent cholecystectomy in our hospital from November 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine postoperative nursing, while the observation group was given 4 C nursing model guided by evidence-based concept. The recovery of gastrointestinal function, psychological status and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Two months after discharge,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 2 months after discharge(P<0.001). Conclusion The 4C nursing mode guided by evidence-based concept for patients undergoing cholecystectomy can improve the gastrointestinal function and psychological status of patients, and enhance their overall quality of life. It has good clinical application value.
