摘要
采用定量和定性相结合的方法对我国晶体管产业进行专利预警分析,分析对象包括专利申请态势、主要技术领域、技术空白点和重点专利申请人等.分析结果显示,我国高等院校和企业在晶体管产业具有一定的创新实力,但由于我国是国外巨头企业进行专利布局的重点市场,因此国内专利权人遭遇专利侵权风险的可能性较大.广东省作为电子元器件制造大省,晶体管产业的专利总量领先于其他省市,但是在细分领域存在技术空白点.根据专利分析结果,对晶体管产业发展提出了参考性建议.
Patents fore-warning in the transistor industry of China has been analyzed with quantitative and qualitative methods in this paper. The research includes areas from patent application trend, major technology technological gap and key patent applicants. The results show that colleges and enterprises in China have strong innovation power in transistor industry. However, as foreign enterprises own many patents in the same area, domestic patentees run high risks of having their patent rights violated. Guangdong, a leading province in manufacturing electronic components, beats other provinces in the total number of patents in the transistor industry. Yet there are still technical gaps in the technical subdivision. According to the results of analysis, some corresponding suggestions are put forward for Guangdong and our nation to develop the transistor industry.
