跨国经营交通运输企业外派员工管理对策研究

The Solutions to the Dilemma in the Management of “Outgoing” Transport Enterprises’ Expatriates under the Strategy of Powerful Transportation

摘要 党的十九大报告提出了交通强国战略,这加快了中国交通运输企业“走出去”的步伐,外派人员亦越来越多,而“走出去”交通运输企业在外派人员人力资源管理方面遇到的问题也越来越复杂、棘手,如何破解外派人员管理困境成为跨国交通运输企业面临的一道难题.从C公司面临的外派人员劳动关系管理困境入手,分析了困境产生的根本原因,并从外派人员选拔、职业生涯规划、回任机制、薪酬绩效、培训等方面提出了破解C公司劳动关系管理困境的对策. The strategy of powerful transportation delivered at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it has accelerated the pace of “going out” for Chinese transportation companies,the expatriates have increased,but the problems in human resource management of expatriates are becoming more and more complex and difficult,how to solve the dilemma of expatriate personnel has become a difficult problem for multinational enterprises. By taking company C as an example, this paper analyzes its problems and reasons in the management of expatriate labor relations, and then puts forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of personnel selection, career planning, return mechanism, salary, performance and training.
