十二氟庚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷的合成与应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 以十二氟庚醇为原料,与溴丙烯经缩合反应制得十二氟庚基烯丙基醚,再与三甲氧基硅烷进行硅氢化反应制得十二氟庚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷,总收率为77.4%。应用性能测试表明,其在载玻片上涂覆成膜后对水的静态接触角为109°,属于典型的疏水材料。该成膜后的载玻片在1kg负载下以钢丝棉摩擦1000次后,对水的静态接触角为105.8°,无明显降低,具有良好的耐摩擦性。 The dodecafluoroheptyloxapropene was synthesized by the condensation of dodecafluoroheptanol and allyl bromide.Furthermore,dodecafluoroheptyloxapropene was reacted with trimethoxysilane to prepare the dodecafluoroheptyloxapropyltrimethoxysilane by hydrosilylation.Results showed that the yield of the silane reached 77.4%.After it was coated on glass slide,the static contact angle to water of the film was 109°,which was a typical hydrophobic material.After 1000 times friction under a load of 1 kg,with steel wool,the film had the contact angle to water of 105.8°,which had good abrasion resistance.
