摘要
建设项目工程造价控制是对全过程进行控制,其具有大额性、个别性、差异性、动态性和层次性等特点。根据不同的建设阶段,工程造价可以分投资估算、概算造价、预算造价、合同价和结算价。因此,概述建设项目工程造价全过程控制,分析了建设项目工程造价现状,阐述了建设项目工程造价控制的基本原理和方法,说明了设项目工程造价全过程控制的重要性,在此基础上,重点分析了控制建设项目全过程工程造价的有效路径。
The construction project cost control is to control the whole process, which has the characteristics of large amount,individuality, difference, dynamics and hierarchy. According to different construction stages, the project cost can be divided into investment estimate, budgetary cost, budget cost, contract price and settlement price. Therefore, it summarizes the whole process control of construction project cost, analyzes the current construction cost of construction project, expounds the basic principles and methods of construction project cost control, and explains the importance of controlling the whole process of project construction cost. On this basis, The paper analyzes the effective path of controlling the construction cost of the whole process of construction projects.
