摘要
工程造价直接关乎建筑工程项目总投资,采用科学的方法,实施造价控制,能够减少不必要的资金和资源浪费问题,提高工程效益及性价比。论文主要论述建筑工程项目投资中工程造价控制意义及该过程中存在的问题,全面论述工程造价控制对策。
The project cost is directly related to the total investment of the construction project.Adopting scientificmethods and implementing the cost control can reduce the unnecessarywaste of funds and resources and improve the project benefit and the ratio ofperformance to price.This paper mainly discusses the significance of engineering cost control in the investment of construction project and the problems existing in this process,andcomprehensivelydiscusses the countermeasuresofengineeringcost control.
